Was contacted by HR/recruiter. Had a very detailed discussion with him on every single aspect. Had a discussion with VP technology. Discussion went very well and got a mail from vp to hr (ccing me) that i am good. 2 weeks passed by and i didn’t hear from them. I called up HR and he said they are considering other profiles and requested me to wait . 2 more weeks and no response. Finally after 1.5 months i got a mail saying that i am not shortlisted. This is unprofessional. Clearly displays unprofessional and badly thought and managed process. Glad that I am out!!
