Applied online and within a week received a call from the Program Manager who explained the position, consideration process, and contract. He scheduled/conducted the technical interview as he performed the work before and I reformatted my resume to a template used for government contracting office approval. He submitted the summary of the interview with my formatted resume to the contracting office and I received word in about a day and a half of my acceptance.
