Question 1
Why do you want this job? How have you handled an unhappy customer?
Spoke with a recruiter and scheduled a call. Recruiter never called me at the scheduled time only to receive an email two hours later that they would like to speak with me. Not sure why, but I decided to go ahead with the call (interview practice). Recruiter seemed distracted the entire call and definitely did not read my resume. Finally after 3 weeks, I received a rejection email. This place is not worthy of my time and energy.
