There were five rounds for me: a phone interview with the recruiter, a personality/cognitive aptitude test, a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, a skills test, and a Zoom interview with the team. The process took about two weeks. Though this is the most thorough interview process I've experienced, it's also been the most personable and authentic. I felt respected through the entire process and genuinely enjoyed each interview and skills test step.
