Interview
Bad experiencewith the recruiter. She came late to the interview despite the interview has been delayed as she did not join the first time . The second one as well she joined late. Also , it was not comfortable speaking to the recruiter , it seems she was in a bad mood , I felt talking to a robot . The recruiter was not professional at all .

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Zendesk (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2022
Interview
The process went very well at the HR screening and hiring manager interview. There was nothing unusual. Then I had a peer review from two team members and it got weird. They seemed really disinterested and it was like trying to get blood out of a stone to get them to talk to me. It seems they took a personal dislike to me because they asked me nothing about myself and it felt like they wanted to get rid of me. The feedback I got back in the end made no sense at all. I have a lot of experience, awards and references for customer support and they were saying that my lack of experience was the issue. Maybe they were just inexperienced interviewers but I have the feeling they just felt threatened by the idea of having me on their team and they couldn't say the real reason because of diversity rules.
