The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I was struck by how friendly everyone was throughout the process. The interviewers provided very insightful responses to my questions, shedding light on the company's culture and future projects, which made me even more enthusiastic about the possibility of joining their team. However, despite the positive experience, I found myself a bit disappointed that I never received any follow-up communication after the interview. It would have been helpful to get an update on my application status or feedback on my performance. Clear communication is essential, as it helps candidates stay informed and feel valued.
