They will judge you within 30 minutes, but don't get your hopes up unless you are a fresher/ junior professional. The interview process was smoothly driven with 3 rounds 1. Screening by HR 2. Hiring manager round (30 mins basic fit check questions based on resume). Bonus if you have AI implementation knowledge 3. Case study round where you have to create an onboarding plan for a new customer to deploy AI agent for CX. This needs to be presented (only few slides) within 30 minutes to a panel of 2-3 people.
