I applied through university career fair. I received an email from a recruiter and I was asked for a Skype interview. During the first half of the Skype interview, the recruiter asked very general questions regarding my resume. Then in the second half of the Skype interview, she gave me around 8 written questions and gave me around 15 minutes to (typed) answer the questions. I think the questions were related to the skills I wrote on my resume. After that, the recruiter gave me 2 to 3 business days to write a simple tictactoe game.
