The process was fast and super helpful. Once the recruiter got my resume, she called me back the next day. After my 15 minute phone screen, she immediately asked if I could meet with the Hiring Manager THAT DAY. I met with him for a 30 minutes chat. After that was an in-person interview. I met with 4 people that day: VP of Services, Director of Success, Hiring Manager, & another Engagement Manager. After that interview it took about 2 weeks to get an offer letter and then another week of negotiation.
