My first phone interview with the recruiter was great. She was prepared, efficient and personable. My second interview with the hiring manager was a little insulting. After she called I had to wait a few minutes while she opened my resume and then it seemed like it was the first time she was looking at it. Her questions were general and not well thought out. She did not seem very prepared.
