I didn't even applied. Was contacted by the recruiter and later asked why did I decide to leave my current company. I didn't even decided I was gonna join just to be bombarded by irrelevant questions by the recruitor. Did a phone interview and was asked a bunch of questions not related to front end development, kinda feel like I was back in school taking an exam. No practical questions. I would suggest recruitor learn how to interview engineers by letting them to do actual coding. It's really useless to test engineers by asking them what does HTML, XML, DOM, CSS stands for. It just shows how little recruiters knows about the work done by engineers.
