The procedure was as follows: Introduction, Algorithm questions (2 of them), questions about data structures (quite a few of them... maybe 5?), Q&A, and then introduction to the role. Interviewers were helpful and nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Interview
I applied for an internship at Zendesk and did the whole process. It was interesting and the there were three steps.
The first step was a phone screening with the RH. Then it was a call with a manager and finally an interview with two managers.

Not very long, talked about ambitions - why you wanted to assist in the department you applied for (Marketing. Customer Experience. Sales. Workplace Experience.) They were very nice when asking questions during the interview.
