I had four rounds of interviews which included the recruiter, hiring manager, connected stakeholders and leadership. The hiring manager required hands on projects as a demonstration and the interviews with the hiring manager were very detailed. The process took over 6 weeks to complete and thought were completed as references were asked by the recruiter at the end. I had great communication all along until no communications were ever returned with an outcome which was a surprise and big turn off to this company. Not professional.
