I applied online and then got contacted by the recruiter in the first week of March.
I had an HR screening call with her, she was very friendly and the call was quite engaging.
One week later, I had a video call with the hiring manager, again quite a positive/engaging call. We talked about my experience and how would I fit in the company, the role, and the structure of the teams.
In April, I was invited to the final stage which was basically half an hour each with the hiring manager, head of solutions engineering, sales manager and a potential colleague. Followed by a presentation/demo of an enterprise product of my choice. This was on site at the office in Paddington.
All of the questions were reasonable and was all about getting to know me and how would fare in this role.
After that, it was another final video call with the hiring manager to validate/address some points.
I was given an offer but I moved on with another company.
My overall feedback was definitely positive and kudos to the recruiter as she was of great help, she was hands-on and clear/concise during the whole process. The hiring team was friendly, respectful and reasonable.
