Interview
The first interview was telephonic.
Second interview on site.
On site interview is split in two parts.
First part is a detailed conversation with a higher manager about experience, skills and technical aptitudes. Second part is with two team members or a team lead.
I had to prepare in advance a demonstration of their product in 10 minutes and write a language test based on customer experience in 20 minutes.

Interview
The whole application & interview process took a month. Their recruitment process was very organized, and the recruiters made sure to give updates quickly. Interviewers were engaged and willing to share their experiences with the company. It didn't feel like an interview but a conversation which was a pleasant experience.

Only 2 stages, fast, easy and very friendly. First with the recruiter with your motivations to enter the company, after with 2 teamleads about your previous experience and the last 20min. a written test, not difficult at all if you worked as technical support before.

they don't know what they are doing. they gave offer and then after few days they retract it. operations and talent acquisition team are not align with what they are saying. very bad experience
