It was a good process, I had a great interview. I was confident. One week later they would give me an answer. Unfortunately, I've never got a reply from them. I chased them to understand where I can improve for a possible next interview for a new position but no one answered me. Frustrating, I would say.

how did you improve a process in your currently job...
First, I had an interview with a Recruiter. He asked easy questions to get to know me better and to check if I was a fit for the position.
Secondly, I had a call with the hiring manager. She asked question about my professional background.
Thirdly, I had a call with a few stakeholders where I could show more in-depth my professional skills.
Last I had a call with a few teammates. All questions were related to soft skills

In the morning of the interview day, they emailed me 15mins before the interview that they already filled the position just now.
So they do not want to interview me anymore
