I have attended the Interview with a recruiter and have been ghosted. My experience was very relevant to the role and recruiter has said that she thinks that the hiring manager would be interested to talk to me and that recruiter is going to present my profile. Afterwards, I have not heard back even though I have followed up and asked for the feedback, no response at all - complete silence. Really bad candidate experience. Thanks for wasting my time!
