Recruiter reached out and we had a quick intro chat, where I was moved onto the next round. I never got any updates unless I emailed asking how the process was going - took about 2-3 follow up’s for her to even respond to my availability. Finally got to the hiring manager interview, only for her to ask incredibly condescending questions that frankly left me stunned. It was obvious she wasn’t listening to my answers either - I was watching her respond to emails live on our Zoom call. Those are big red flags for me, and not the best foot forward when talking to a potential hire. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard back from the recruiter, which is perfectly fine by me. After that interview with the hiring manager, I wouldn’t want to work there no matter what they paid me.
