Interview
It took a month for the recruiter to get back to me once I submitted my resume. We had a phone interview then he set me up with another phone interview with the manager. I was then invited to an onsite interview with them. I met with 4 people: the sales director, manager of sales development, a senior account executive, and a sales development rep. I really enjoyed the way they organized who I met with because the first 3 people I met with were more challenging, and the last person was for me to see if I would fit in with their culture. I really enjoyed meeting with every single one of them because none of the questions they asked me were redundant. I was comfortable and enjoyed how welcoming everyone is (even the gentleman in the first floor that escorted me to the elevator :)) Two days later, I was given an offer.
