3 interviews, direct manager, manager +1, country manager. All were 30 minutes. General questions nothing difficult. It’s not behavior question but more like general questions to confirm the personality and chemistry .

I applied online and was invited to a Zoom interview with the recruiter which was odd because screening calls are just that - calls. I was invited for a 2nd interview but declined because I found another opportunity. The recruiter/recruiting manager didn't make me feel excited about the opportunity. Seems they need some help in just delivering the Zendesk experience to candidates.
