Screening and the interview with hiring manager. Got an email stating they had someone already up in the interview process for which an offer was made. This is a lie. The recruiter told me that there were couple of rounds. It is ok if the hiring manager does not like me, but don't lie. The company never said it is in a rolling basis. Utterly disrespectful.
