"I'm from Japan, one day their senior recruiter called me for their Senior Software Engineer opportunity, we talked about their requirement and my background. At some stage, she challenged: "Did your teammates challenge your English? Bcoz I don't understand what you are saying", then I had to rephrase my expression till the end of the talk. After that, she arranged a tech interview for next week, that's a talk with a manager, but seems he was absent-minded from the start and lasted ~20 mins. To be honest, I was shocked as I've never encountered this kind of rudeness given by a recruiter at the screening stage, I thought it's just a casual company under average before I come to check their rates in glassdoor, yes, I got shocked again, they got pretty high rate :). So, to me, I will never ever pick up their calls again and recommend their products."
