Zendesk Support Engineer Tier III interview questions

Tricky interview and screening process, involves detailed testing on their products and will be quite challenging if you haven't used ZenDesk before. I feel this would have been worth a mention in the job description. However, the people seem nice and the company like a great place to work in. While it is definitely hard to get in, it is probably worth the shot.
