Interview process was extensive but not grueling. I interviewed with roughly 20 people, in groups of between 2 and 7 over the course of 5 or 6 meetings. Very bad delay is hearing back from corporation. I heard nothing for four weeks, even after sending email queries, and then I was suddenly offered the job after I had given up and was close to accepting another offer. Very slow communications.

Interview
Was a pretty standard interview, with the Lead and a senior asking a series of questions related to who I was, what I would do in a certain situation, my work so far, etc.
However, right off the bat I got the impression the senior wasn’t impressed with me and he was semi-transparent about it. I knew then even if they had offered something I wouldn’t have taken it.
