Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, followed by interview with art lead on a separate day, followed by a set of panel interviews on another day with several groups of people (art director, character team, animators, etc).
Several hours in total but very positive and focused on giving both sides the chance to see if there’s a good team fit. Gave a very positive impression of their overall team culture, especially given their size.
