When actually speaking to people within the department, the interview process was fine. But arranging for the interviews and communicating with the person responsible for coordinating the interview process was like pulling teeth. Not only would it take days for my emails to be answered (if they were answered at all), I would be called after business hours and left urgent voicemails when the hiring coordinator deigned to communicate with me at all - I was left a voicemail at 8pm on a Friday when I was putting my niece to bed. The hiring coordinator and I were in the same time zone... who honestly expects candidates to be available that late in the day on a Friday? I was never given information about benefits or salary range. The most disrespected I have ever felt in a hiring process since I became a professional.
