for FLOCAREER and Zensar. First the interviewer joined the call on time. Then after 2 minutes he left the call saying he would join the call after 10 minutes but he did not. I waited for 25 minutes and left the call. After 30 minutes he called me on my number asking to join the call again. I joined and after asking 2-3 questions more he again did the same. I left the call after some wait. He was not focused on the interview, constantly typing something which I could hear very clearly on call. It was very very bad experience, felt like some stupid sitting on the call while other person is busy doing something personal. Second time also, he called me on number to join the call again and then i joined. He was not serious throughout the interview. He was eating while questioning. When I said if you busy we can reschedule the call to some other time, then he said I am done from my side. Totally unprofessional dumb person taking interviews nowadays and saying he has 11 years of work experience. God knows what experience he has.
