I met with three individuals. Two were senior Directors, and one was with a peer. They asked questions on how I would handle certain scenarios. What level of relationships I had with the client. How would I go about growing the business? I accepted, and then on day one, I had a completely new manager and role.

I met with the manager initially. The second meeting was with the Delivery Manager. Upon accepting the position, the first day, I have a brand new manager who I never met prior.
