The process was held as a close campus at our college. Zensar had already selected few students under its ESD(Employability Skill Development) program, these were average students, whom they considered trainable. For others it was a two day process. Day 1: Written Test - A 90 mins test comprising questions from DS, OS, C/C++, Networking, ADA etc. It also consisted of two programming questions, whose solution was to be submitted on their interface. after these students were shortlisted for GD. GD topic was Digital wallet. It consisted of a group of 12 people. Key to crack it: There were 2 people who spoke a lot, created a fish market. I spoke just one time, almost 45 seconds. 6 were selected, I was included and the too-vocal-people were not. Day 2: Technical Interview: They checked basics of C++, Java and DBMS. A complete project explanation was asked. HR Interview: Although it was a mere formality, my interview went for 25 mins. I talked and he listened nicely. Result: 15 people were selected, including me.
