Zensar Technologies Senior Software Developer interview questions

Interview process is good. There are mostly 3 interviews. It started with technical then managerial round. Then they evaluate it takes around 2-3 days, and then happens the HR round.

I went through consultancy. 1st round was technical about basic c# and oops concept, questions on wcf and asp.net. 2nd round was with technical manager. Same type of questions were asked and also about the current projects. HR round was normal. Was told that you are selected after the interview. But they didn't give offer letter. Was told that client declined the project so cannot give offer letter. Please think 2 times before going to interview in zensar. You will rarely get offer letter. They don't have projects, simply conducting interviews to fool candidates.
