I was contacted by Zenuity's HR manager where an initial Skype interview was scheduled which lasted for about half an hour. It was mainly focused of basic information, for me to get to know the company a bit and for them to get to know me a bit, such as my motivation etc. The whole process was very relaxed and everyone was extremely polite. After that I had a face-to-face interview at their offices in Munich. At the interview were two people from HR, one of whom I have already spoken to before. It was a discussion of my skills and experiences, there was no 'drilling' as they say. After the interview I felt positive, inspired and excited. And even though they did not present me with an offer it was a very pleasant process and it is a company I would gladly work for any time. They generate the type of environment that makes you enthusiastic, which is highly important. In sum, thumbs up :)
