The interview process consisted of two interviews. The first consisted of an online skype meeting, which had the general purpose of introducing yourself further and getting some information about the job itself. After this, the onboard interview took place. It consisted of a meeting with a recruiter and the relevant manager and lasted about one hour. It started of with an introduction of everybody, followed by further introduction to the job and possible tasks. Furthermore, the applicant had the opportunity to ask questions about the job and the company itself.
