I took online programming tests on relevant programming languages right after the initial Skype phone screening with HR. After sending the tests, there was another Skype call for a more thorough discussion about my experience, with the team I'm going to work with. Then there was the last online Skype call that included a presentation on a relevant topic, finally a meeting. Requires persistence but it's worth it. I didn't observe any negative events in the entire process. It took a bit too long to be finalized since it was summer. The final meeting was carried out with relevant questions and kind, friendly attitude. Everyone participated was welcoming and truly nice.
