Interview
It consisted of a phone screen by the recruiter that go a little too personal for me when they started asking how much I was currently making. I realize that we are in sales to make money but I would think that a progressive company like Zerto would know that its rude to ask that question. I get paid well but I don't rest on my morals - My advice would be to build an interview process that assess candidates on skill not what someone else decided to pay them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zerto (Boston, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Underwhelming, unimpressive interview experience with HR & hiring managers - who seemed rushed, disinterested & in too much of a hurry to ask me any questions about myself/experience.
Space is old, outdated, dingy beige cubeland; not an office I'd be proud of or look forward to entering each day.
Neighborhood is awful - Wormwood street sidewalk was littered in garbage, A Street is busy industrial thoroughfare (shortcut for trucks) with giant parking lots on one side of the street, 20 min. walk from South Station in bad weather unless you catch a bus. Don't feel like I'd want to walk around here after dark.
There are a lot of good companies out there -- they might want to put a little more effort into their interview process or offer a better comp package if they want to hire good people. There was nothing about this place that made me want to work here.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zerto (London, England) in Mar 2017

I had several personal meetings with different positions. All were very open and nice conversations. All good and friendly. I could ask many questions, which were all answered exentensively.
