I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zerto (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Not impressed. Recruiter was 20 minutes late for the phone interview and seemed very rushed and distracted. She was fairly knowledgeable about the company but did not seem to understand the sales profile or position. Asked me a series of questions that felt as if she was checking the boxes and finding reasons to disqualify me. Asked questions that she didn’t seem to understand. Kept asking about solution selling but didn’t understand how to translate my answers. No follow through and my candidacy is in a black whole of zero response or follow up. Not the type of company that I want to work for
