I applied online. I interviewed at Zerto (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Apr 2015
Interview
1. Sent CV through Glassdoor, received nice reply back with next steps guidelines
2. Recurrent Agent got back to me, asked few focused questions regarding my background, and salary expectations, during the same call scheduled an additional interview with executive level manager
3. The interview with the Executive manager
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zerto in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was not bad, first interview by hiring manager included a lot of questions regarding my experience which were overall professional. Second interview with an executive was also above board, even if less focused.
The thing that left a negative taste is that although I was led to believe the process is to continue in my interviews and that another one was expected in the same week, the process was cut and I was not notified until next week by a template automated rejection email. I expected a little more than this type of attitude after two interviews, and I would not want to work for a company that takes the recruiting process like this in any case.
