Had 3 interviews, one over the phone with hiring manager, and two at their HQ. Final interview with CMO. Was told that they want to hire someone fast and that I would get feedback within a couple of days after my final interview, but didn't hear anything for several weeks. I chased them up and they said they needed to have internal discussion before they could give me feedback. 6 weeks after that - complete silence. This behaviour is not acceptable in my experience and I asked them to remove me from the hiring process.
