Interview
3 or so sessions including a 2 hour workshop and presentation of what you came up with. They were friendly and professional. The brainstorming/workshop session was actually enjoyable and I preferred that to a "take home" task. It was more time boxed and I felt there was less pressure to over deliver.

Interview
It was a multistep process including recruiter screen, onsite Skills review, Portfolio review and 2 hours onsite activity. In onsite activity they gave me a problem , 30 minutes team brainstorming, 40 minutes individual work and 30 minutes presenting the solutions.
There was less focus on skills and more focus on culture.
