I submitted an application online. Afterwards I went on to do a pretty substantial online test, which tested general logic and pattern finding . Afterwards I did two video interviews, first with HR and then with the heads of the Risk team. Finally I had two same-day in-person interviews in Stockholm, first with local HR and then again the the heads of the Risk team; iZettle booked and paid for the tickets to Stockholm and back. The interviews with HR were a bit more focused on my resume and background, while the interviews with the heads of Risk were more focused on my ability to innovate, meet deadlines, move on from failure, and work in international teams. They also placed a strong focus on humour.
