Wouldn't recommend bothering applying unless you are overqualified. It wastes a lot of your time because they have such a long interview process, especially for an accountant. In this case I participated in 6-7 separate calls with individuals at Zillow(some of which are just general screening) only for essentially one to matter in the end per the feedback I received. Five of which were interviews of at least 30m each. They seem to love public accounting experience too as an observation.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Had a coffee interview, an excel technical session for 30mins and 3hours face-to-face interview back to back. Met 5/6people. HR rushed to schedule interview immediately. But took 3weeks to reply back.
