I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jun 2014
Interview
First, I was called by their HR person and screened through a phone interview. We then moved onto the next phase and over the course of 2 days I went for 5 different interviews. It is a long process, going floor to floor, talking with several different people. Each person talked about how difficult it is to work there and that the turnover rate is very high. BIG RED FLAG. A company that has employees interviewing you telling you to basically stay away is not a good sign.
