Brief phone call they asked me about experience and my artistic background. They seemed very interested in my advertising background and wanted to know more in depth. They also were very professional and told me the hourly pay as well as the amount of weeks they wanted me to work there.

Three interviews by internal HR. Then I was walked through the "campus" to meet several members of the management. I made three separate trips to the building. The interview was not difficult. They seem to put a lot of weight on the "personality test"
