They tried me out for a week in house and the process was easy. The people were great and everyone was super friendly. I did not know what to expect as I worked in NYC previous to moving to South Florida. When I actually started the job, they wanted me to work on software that I was hired for. I learned on the job quickly. Management also forced me to work the first 6 weekends in a row in the first 2 months. After that, I was working an average of 65 hours a week for a flat rate. This was not what I agreed to during the interview process. I was then stuck after moving across country for this job. It was not a comfortable situation but I stuck it out. It was nothing like working in NYC, completely opposite. :(
