Dont waste your time applying for any leadership roles. They are indecisive and aren't sure if they want to hire for the leadership role. Seemed more like they were testing the water to see what type of candidates are applying.
Scouting leadership talent requires a lot more than just going through regular process and antiquated interview methods like asking "tell me something about yourself", seriously? Make an effort and go through the candidate resume. For a startup they seem to be very narrow minded and lack the ability to entice talent.
They lacked professional courtesy to let me know when they couldn't make it on time for the Interview. My time is just as valuable as yours.
