3-4 rounds of interviews with team members across the marketing and communications organization (all virtual, given COVID). Lots of focus on my ability to be "scrappy" and work with minimal resources, given the startup environment, and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders. I was asked to complete a writing assessment (corporate blog post based on a demo video,) and a follow-up call was scheduled with the content team to review and discuss the assignment. From beginning to end, the interview and hiring process took approximately two months.
