Zinier Sales interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter for the first interview. Had that a few days later. Was told there would be follow-up from him. I emailed twice asking about next steps and received no response. It appears that “ghosting” is acceptable with this recruiting team. It’s perfectly acceptable to tell a candidate that they are not a good fit and be honest, but to completely go silent after an interview is not very professional.
