-recruiter screen - hiring manager screen - exec interview - CRO interview Overall fairly lean , but broken with several gaps in between interviews . Most of the folks I met were fine. The CRO came in with a preconceived notion from what I could gather and had a stoic demeanor which made it tough to connect with him. After the round with him I wasn’t expecting an offer , but I wish the recruiter had closed the loop sooner rather than 2 months later and that too with an outright lie that the role has been moved to Atlanta (was initially for the north east )
