First of all HR Will call u. And they Will ask u your Roles and Responsibility. if they think that they need them then they Schedule another Round Which we call as a managerial round. Then IF You Qualify the Last one then they Will give the Joining Letter.

Interview
My interview was taken by Mr. Anish Kharalia. He was the Sr. Operation manager at that moment, when we started to talk during the interview, I actually did not feel it was an interview he was so kind and open and talking like an interection and in such a polite manner my all interview passed and at the end the interview I have been informed by Mr. Anish that you are selected and all the best. I am sure you are going to be my one of the best team member. I was so glad to have such generous leader to report.
