Each interview is very non-technical. Met with the hiring manager and then a panel of 4 people. In order to get a second interview you need to email your recruiter asking if a decision has been made, because otherwise you will hear nothing. Craziest part was 1 person left the interview about 5 mins into the virtual call with no warning. Probably was a sign I wasn't what they wanted, but I didn't appreciate the disrespect. Made it to the interview with the CISO, then after a lot of silence the recruiter took 3 weeks after I reached out to let me know they went with another candidate. This company seems to be in no hurry when it comes to hiring, and also hires in a black box so be prepared to have to pry any info out of your recruiter.
