I just want to give a feedback that as a professional startup when you interview a candidate after two rounds, you should send them an update regarding their application status. It doesn't matter if it's even a rejection email, but at least you help the candidates know that they should not wait anymore.
This not only shows that the company really value the candidates but also illustrates the company's structure and professionalism.

Question 1
General questions about background, work experience. What is the most recent paper you have read and fascinated you?
Hello, I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us. It's never our intention to just leave any candidate hanging without letting them know how they did. If you want to reach out to me directly (ben.fahlgren@getzippin.com) I can find out why that happened and make sure it doesn't reoccur.
Good luck with your future endeavors!
